Below are the Groups and the links to the Cases. Remember to save your cases in notability so you can access them whenever you want.
Wednesday: TO DO!!!
1. Decide who is your group leader
2. Record who is going to do each task
3. Read your case out loud (you will each have a book and will read along while one reads)
4. Review what you need to do with your task.
5. Be available for roll call at any time during class. NOBODY leaves without permission as you'll be in the commons working.
Thursday: TO DO!!
After Roll, head to the commons again.
1. Group leader checks in to see if everyone understands the task at hand.
2. Start researching, listening to arguments, read the affidavits..etc…etc.
3. Start filling in your task sheets.
4. Work all day.
Friday: TO DO!!
After Roll, head to the commons to continue work.
1. Group leader checks to see how you are progressing and notes ANYONE that is NOT performing up to task.
2. Group leader texts Turnbull @ 541-350-4097 and reports to the sub who might need help. I may not be available, but our sub can help. I do want to know if anyone isn't pulling their weight. :)
3. Start to arrange your arguments and start rehearsing your role in your presentation.
4. Demonstrate to our sub your opening arguments and how you will present your case to the jury.
***By this time, you should be ready to show me what you've done this week. The goal is to start presenting
